We seek a highly experienced and result-driven MARCOM Manager to join our marketing team! You will be solely responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the communications & PR strategy of the organization. We expect you to develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand directions while reflecting local priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication. Manage and track the output of the external agencies.
  • Create & manage all marketing materials, brochures/catalogues, datasheets, manuals, etc., in line with brand guidelines. Coordinate the design & copy with content writers & 3rd party agencies. Distribute in online and offline channels.
  • Track & update the expenditure of the Marketing function.
  • Work with vendors/agencies to create communications/marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate communications strategy to support the corporate objectives and maximize positive exposure in national and international markets. Ensure end-to-end execution of the campaigns and announcements. Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, etc.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders to close the Events/Seminars/Trade Shows calendar. Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Prepare budgets and ensure adherence. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate all operations. Ensure the event gets completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems, if need be. Analyze the event’s success, Track ROI, and prepare reports.
  • Identify the target audience and grow our email database. Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns, newsletters, etc. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Generate customer inquiries/leads, gather requirements, qualify, and align them to regional sales teams. Report on sales revenue generated from offline/online marketing efforts.
Qualification and Experience
  • A degree in communications/ marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, corporate communications / public relations.
  • Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand-generation programs to keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations
  • Good understanding of the B2B media landscape.
  • Ability to identify and work with external partners and agencies.
  • Should be able to multitask seamlessly and manage multiple projects.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be a team player who is eager to learn and grow.
  • Must have experience in end-to-end planning and executing roadshows/events/trade shows
  • Strong knowledge of content development.
  • High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously Technical skills
  • Must have proficiency in Email Marketing Tools like Hubspot / Brevo / Mailchimp, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
